Kiddo loves going out and we try to do that as much as we can, even if it’s just a trip to the neighbourhood library or the supermarket. However Melbourne is known for having 4 seasons in a day and it pays to be prepared for abrupt weather changes, especially in winter. Hence we’ve got our ‘going-out tote’ packed with nibblies, a scarf+beanie and her favourite yellow raincoat (cos she remembers that we’d gotten it in Disneyland….talk about having fond memories despite it being a washout…but that’s a story for another day).

& I should really remember that there’s really not much use for the brolli here when the winds pick up….cos that was my 3rd brolli that had gone with the wind.
